The Senior Associate Scientist is to work in the Cellular Process Development group within department. The cellular process development team is responsible for developing cellular drug product processes and introducing new technologies for autologous T cell therapies. The focus of this position is to leverage multi-disciplinary methods and tools to advance process understanding to drive development for robust process improvements. The Senior Associate Scientist will be efficient, flexible, and able to perform key responsibilities in a team environment.

The Senior Associate Scientist will be efficient, flexible, and able to perform key responsibilities in a team environment.
Roles Responsibilities
- Independently design, execution, and manage laboratory experiments involving primary human immune cell isolation (ex. PBMCs and T-cells), genetic modification (ex. viral transduction), T-cell expansion, and cryopreservation.
- Apply statistical, data visualization and data analysis methodologies to interpret and report experimental results, evaluate process performance and generate clear, data-driven conclusions.
- Support process development and scale-up to translate benchtop T cell workflows into manufacturing-relevant product processes.
- Perform multi-color flow cytometry, cell counting assays to characterize T-cell drug products and assess process performance.
- Maintains accurate, complete and compliant laboratory records consistent with company policy and legal requirements.
- Support daily laboratory activities and process improvement initiatives. Seeking out new assignments and suggesting projects where feasible.
- Contribute to lab equipment, maintenance and safety to help create a safe, effective and efficient working environment.
- Bachelors in Science related field, preferably with 2 years of experience
- Aseptic cell culture experience
- Hands-on experience with primary T cell culture
- Knowledge of cell therapy bioreactor systems
- Experience with flow cytometry and cell counting methods
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
- Bachelors in Science related field, preferably with 2 years of experience
Salary : $45 - $50
