Landscaper

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping and horticultural tasks. Responsibilities

• Perform landscape installation, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways.
• Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure lush, healthy turf.
• Operate hand tools and power equipment such as trimmers, blowers, lawnmowers, and excavators safely and efficiently.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including pruning, tree trimming, irrigation system installation and repairs, and seasonal snow plowing.
• Assist with garden design projects by preparing soil beds, mulching, and installing landscape features.
• Perform routine inspections of landscapes to identify issues related to plant health or structural integrity and address them proactively.
• Support construction projects involving hardscape installation or land grading to ensure precise execution according to specifications.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care and landscape maintenance practices.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment such as power tools and excavators.
• Familiarity with tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and health assessment.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively for planting, digging, trimming, and other tasks.
• Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials is essential.
