Essential Job Duties
- Administers treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catherization, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
- Assists in direct resident care as necessary.
- Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
- Administer medications.
- Assists in admission and discharge procedures.
- Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
- Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
- Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident’s condition.
- Maintains the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient
- Minimum LPN or RN degree in Nursing required.
- Minimum on (1) year Nursing experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care preferred.

Position: RN/LPN – Skilled Nursing
- Available Shifts: Baylor weekend schedule
- Starting Pay: Up to $30-$38 per hour (based on experience, certifications, shifts)
- $2000 Sign On Bonus for FT positions
- $4000-$6000 Annual Retention Bonus for FT positions
- Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
- Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
- A current LPN/RN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
- A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
