What You’ll Do
As a Talent Training Associate, you’ll play a vital role in helping team members reach their full potential. You’ll create engaging learning experiences, lead impactful training sessions, and support the professional development of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Teach effective sales and customer service techniques that drive performance

Design, update, and deliver creative and engaging training materials

Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions

Support onboarding and ensure new hires succeed from day one

Partner with leadership to identify development and growth opportunities

Track progress, measure training impact, and celebrate success
What You Bring

Excellent communication and presentation skills—you thrive when engaging others

Experience in training, teaching, or coaching (sales or customer service preferred)

Creativity and innovation in developing learning tools and programs

Confidence leading virtual sessions (Zoom, Teams, etc.)

Bachelor’s degree or recent college graduate preferred
