We are actively hiring for multiple positions across our retail locations. This hiring event offers candidates the opportunity to interview for the following roles:
- Sales Associates
- Selling Managers

Available Positions & Responsibilities Sales Associate
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual targets
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards
- Build lasting customer relationships
Selling Manager
- Lead by example through active selling and customer engagement
- Support and coach sales team members to exceed performance goals
- Monitor daily sales metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Assist in staff training and development
- Ensure operational excellence on the sales floor
General Manager
- Oversee all showroom operations and team performance
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational compliance
- Foster a positive, results-driven culture
Sleep Coach
- Provide consultative guidance to customers on sleep solutions
- Educate customers on mattress technology and sleep health
- Deliver personalized recommendations based on individual needs
- Support sales goals through expert product knowledge
- Create a comfortable and informative buying experience
