What You’ll Do:
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
- Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical policies
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Team-oriented approach with professional communication
- Reliability and flexibility for evenings, overnights, and weekends
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
