(LPN) to join our team at our Crisis Stabilization Unit located in

care? CHD\'s Crisis Stabilization Unit is seeking a full-time and
part-time RN\'s and LPN\'s to support our outstanding team. You\'ll be
at the forefront of providing critical care to adults and teens during
their most vulnerable moments, in a facility that offers crisis
intervention, outpatient behavioral health, and brief stabilization

Collaborating with nurses, physicians, advance practice nurses,

electronic health record Monitoring vital signs Assessment of signs of
substance withdrawal and completion of standardized assessment tools
such as the Clinical Opioid Withdrawal Scale (COWS, CIWA, CIWAb) Fills
physician orders Administers medications Engages in a medication
reconciliation process Coordinates medical care Contributes to
comprehensive assessments Brief crisis counseling Individualized crisis
prevention planning Providing psychoeducation Assisting with discharge
planning and care coordination Pay rates: RN pay rate: \$45.00/hr. LPN
pay rate: \$36.50/hr. Schedules: Part-time days, part-time and full-time
