- Oversee and manage the MDS process to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary assessments and care plans.
- Must have current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
- Proven experience with MDS coordination in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
