Regal Care at Holyoke is seeking an experienced and dedicated LPN or RN Supervisor for our 3PM-11PM shift, Monday through Friday. This leadership role includes on-call responsibilities and is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing staff during evening shift
- Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care
- Respond to emergencies and support clinical decision-making
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- Act as a resource and leader for staff, residents, and families
- Current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts
- Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities as needed
