Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical operations on the unit
Ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations
Provide leadership and guidance to promote quality care
Monitor resident care plans and assessments
Coordinate communication between families, physicians, and healthcare team
Participate in staff training and performance evaluations
Requirements:
Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing
Previous Long-term Care And Supervisory Experience Preferred
Strong clinical and managerial skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
