RegalCare at Courtyard is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing department and ensure high-quality resident care. This is a full-time leadership role for someone who knows how to balance clinical excellence, team management, and compliance.

What you’ll do:

• Oversee all nursing operations and clinical services
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
• Coordinate resident care plans and monitor outcomes
• Collaborate with administrators, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain staffing levels, schedules, and performance standards
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and accountability
  
  
  

What we’re looking for:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing or nursing leadership role
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage teams, priorities, and fast-paced situations
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience strongly preferred
