What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily maintenance operations and preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are fully operational
- Maintain compliance with safety, life safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage vendors, repairs, and facility projects
- Lead and support maintenance staff
- Prior experience in maintenance leadership (healthcare setting a plus)
- Strong knowledge of building systems and life safety codes
- Hands-on, proactive, and highly organized
