What You’ll Do:
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments per care plans
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes promptly
- Collaborate with CNAs, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all clinical protocols
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset with clear communication
- Reliability and professionalism on every shift
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
