- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, treatment, and education to residents and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians
- Monitor and document resident condition, progress, and responses to care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Demonstrate a commitment to cultural diversity, sensitivity, and inclusivity in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
- Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- 0 years of experience (new graduates welcome!)
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
