- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide basic care and support to patients, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including maintaining a clutter-free and organized workspace
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Massachusetts
- 0 years of experience; newly certified CNAs encouraged to apply
- Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and support
- Competitive hourly rate: $19 - $25 per hour
