What You’ll Do
Oversee all nursing operations and ensure top-tier clinical quality.
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff across all shifts.
Build and maintain care plans that are accurate, resident-centered, and regulatory compliant.
Collaborate with department leaders to keep workflows smooth and efficient.
Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold all state/federal guidelines.
Support residents and families with compassion, clarity, and professionalism.
What You Bring
Current RN license in Massachusetts.
Previous DON or ADON experience in long-term care (required or strongly preferred).
Strong leadership energy with an ability to motivate and develop teams.
Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and clinical standards.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
