You'll be a key player in ensuring our manufacturing facility operates at peak performance while driving continuous improvement.

Schedule: Tues - Fri - 5:00 am to 3:30 pm (Mondays Off)

Full benefits & flexibility for overtime, weekends, or call-ins

Hourly: $22 - $25/ per hour for Maintenance Tech

$25 - $35/ per hour for Senior Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Performmechanical troubleshootingand ensure equipment is mechanically sound.

• Handleelectrical troubleshootingand apply general electrical knowledge.

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment.

• Applyfacilities maintenance knowledgeto keep the plant running efficiently.

• Share expertise andspread knowledge to the teamthrough mentoring and collaboration.

• Maintain aSafety-First mindsetin all tasks and promote a culture of safety.

• Adapt to changing workflows and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with production and vendors for specialized repairs.

• Use sound knowledge ofpneumatic systems for troubleshooting and repairs.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Minimum6 years in an industrial maintenance rolewith proven technical proficiency.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

• General electrical knowledge and ability to diagnose issues.

• Facilities maintenance experience.

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

• Ability to mentor and lead by example.

• Knowledge of pneumatic systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.

• HVAC and fabrication experience are a plus.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to traverse the production facility.

• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at a time with assistance.

• Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be required to be worn during shift.

• Physical requirements include lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, arm-hand steadiness, manual dexterity, control precision, and near vision
