Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Small Engine Mechanic role located in Bel Air, MD. The Small Engine Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of small engines and equipment. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and repairing hydraulic and heavy-duty systems. The technician will also interact with customers professionally while delivering on-site services.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Small Engine Repair and Maintenance & Repair tasks
- Knowledge of Hydraulic Systems and Heavy Equipment operation
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to accurately assess and resolve equipment issues
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities for on-site interactions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Technical training or certifications in small engine repair are preferred
- Prior experience with on-site repairs is a plus
