Location: Lycoming County, PA

Responsibilities

Software Packaging & SCCM Deployment

• Create installation packages for SCCM (10 years), mainly Bentley products

• Download, prepare, test vendor OOB software

• Determine installation methods and develop PowerShell / batch scripts

• Test and validate completed installation packages

• Deliver packages to SCCM team for Software Center deployment

Testing Coordination & Support

• Collaborate with business users, testers, technical leads and PMs

• Troubleshoot testing issues and enhance end-user experience

Technical Troubleshooting & End-User Support

• Resolve cross-application issues and installation problems

• Manage and update AD groups related to CADD support

• Research and recommend hardware purchases

CADD Applications & Plotting

• Support plotting solutions for CADD applications

• Update workspace resources for OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, MicroStation

• Package PennDOT Workspace for public distribution

• Guide partners on implementing workspace standards

ProjectWise Administration

• Maintain & administer multi-server on-premises ProjectWise environments

• Support SQL database management and access control

• Implement workflows, states, and system upgrades

• Onboard and manage external Business Partners

• Collaborate with Security, Server & SQL teams

Documentation, Communication & Process Adherence

• Maintain high-quality accurate documentation & standards

• Demonstrate strong team communication and collaboration

• Complete tasks within estimated timelines and manage risks

• Stay current with new tools and industry trends
