We are seeking Refurbishment Associates to join our dynamic team. **Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities**

Work is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards. No personal phones, smart watches, headphones or earbuds are allowed past the metal detector, on to the production floor.

- Packing, wrapping, and labeling items with care and accuracy
- Inspecting products for quality
- Assembling containers or boxes as needed
- Ensure that all packages meet company standards for shipping presentation
- Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow established procedures for handling materials.
- This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move packages of varying weights are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required-training will be provided.
