Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of associates, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize team performance.
Quality Control:
- Maintain and enforce strict quality control standards to ensure refurbished devices meet or exceed industry benchmarks.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits on refurbished products.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and defects promptly.
Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.
- Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including laptops, smartphones, tablets, and more.
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to team members as needed.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of refurbished products and spare parts.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure a steady supply of necessary components.
- Track and report on inventory turnover and product availability.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously evaluate and improve refurbishing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and enhance productivity.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of refurbishing activities, including repair logs and quality reports.
- Generate regular performance reports for management review.

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Previous leadership experience
- Computer skills
Preferred Education and Experience:

- Knowledge of Google Suite

- Previous experience with ERP systems
Work Environment:
Work is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards.
