- Assistant Lead (requires second interview)

Key Responsibilities (Varies by Role):
Perform hands-on work in a production or warehouse environment
- Refurbish, test, and process electronic devices
- Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Follow work instructions and meet daily production goals
- Assist with basic maintenance or troubleshooting (Maintenance roles)
- Support team operations and workflow coordination (Lead roles)
- HS Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Basic computer or technical aptitude preferred
- Previous warehouse, production, or technical experience is a plus
- Ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Employees are eligible to receive a $300 sign-on bonus after:
- Successfully completing a 90-day probationary period
- Maintaining no disciplinary issues
- Meeting all performance expectations
