Job Summary
Are you an experienced IT / ERP Specialist who enjoys solving system issues, improving workflows, and supporting business operations? We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced IT / ERP Specialist to support and maintain our ERP System. across purchasing, inventory, sales, and finance functions. This role works closely with internal teams and external ERP vendors and plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and smooth business operations. If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working cross-functionally, we want to talk to you.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Maintain and optimize daily ERP system operations
- Support purchasing, inventory, sales, and finance modules
- Troubleshoot ERP data issues and workflow inconsistencies independently
- Assist departments in standardizing and improving business processes
- Perform data validation and generate reports using Excel
- Coordinate with ERP vendors and participate in system upgrades and enhancements
- Provide ongoing system support and user assistance
What You Will Bring (Qualifications)
- 3 years of hands-on ERP system operation or implementation experience
- Experience working with ERP modules such as Purchasing, Inventory, Sales, or Finance
- ERP experience in manufacturing or trading companies strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve ERP-related issues independently
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments
- Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus
