We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates professionally, and enjoys leading others while remaining hands-on in the field.

What You'll Do
- Lead daily field operations on residential remodeling projects
- Supervise company carpenters and coordinate subcontractors
- Interpret construction plans and solve field challenges
- Collaborate with designers and Project Managers
- Maintain quality, schedule, and workmanship standards
- Build strong relationships with homeowners
- Keep jobsites safe, clean, and organized
- Identify potential change orders and communicate them promptly
- Mentor less experienced carpenters

Qualifications
- 8 years of residential remodeling or custom home carpentry experience preferred
- Experience leading remodeling projects or crews
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely on active jobsites

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
