About the Role
At Refined & Co., we don't just remodel homes—we transform how people live. We're looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling Project Manager who thrives on organization, leadership, craftsmanship, and creating an exceptional client experience from the first day on-site through the final walkthrough.
This position is approximately 50% field and 50% office.
What You'll Do
- Manage projects from pre-construction through final completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules in Buildertrend.
- Coordinate company carpenters, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors.
- Lead jobsite meetings and communicate proactively with clients.
- Review plans, permits, specifications, and project documentation.
- Manage budgets and change orders.
- Maintain safe, organized, professional jobsites.
- Support the design and sales teams with construction expertise.
- Hold yourself and others accountable while focusing on solutions.
Qualifications
- 7 years managing residential remodeling, restoration, or custom home construction.
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license.
- Ability to read blueprints and use Buildertrend and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Residential remodeling experience strongly preferred.
- OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
