What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Carpenter position at Son of a Carpenter, LLC?
Looking for a motivated team member with experience in:
Project Management - Self motivated and creative problem solving abilities. Able to work with and lead team members and coordinate and communicate with Project Managers.
Framing - Residential framing is our main product we offer. Ability to read Blue Prints and build to architectural plans. Physically able to move, organize and install material.
Siding - We install a lot of siding and are hoping to grow this side of the business.
Remodel - Sticking to our roots we will fill the schedule, when needed with remodels.
About Us - Son of a Carpenter, LLC is a owner operated Carpentry business with plans for growth. We work with local contractors providing primarily framing services, siding install and windows and doors (on our new builds). We do direct to customer projects also, ranging from Pole Barn builds to custom Man-Cave builds. We strive for creativity efficiency and precision in our work.
Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
