What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product Manager, Platform (1AC512E) position at Referment?
Referment is working with a workplace financial wellbeing business whose enterprise SaaS platform helps employees access digital planning and professional financial guidance. Supporting employer clients means the platform must handle complex employee data, integrations and requirements across international markets.
As Senior Product Manager, Platform, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for the foundations behind that service. This is a hands-on product role covering data capabilities, AI, compliance and integrations, rather than a position focused only on coordinating delivery. You'll query data yourself, investigate problems and turn technical, client and regulatory inputs into priorities.
Working closely with Engineering and Data, you'll take initiatives from discovery through delivery and make the tradeoffs that connect platform investment to customer needs. You'll also help establish how AI-powered experiences are evaluated for quality and reliability. The role is based around the Denver team; remote applicants are considered individually.
The Role
Data privacy and governance, global enterprise platforms, HRIS integrations and vendor partnerships would be useful. Benefits or fintech experience and independently designing AI evaluation frameworks are advantages, not substitutes for strong platform product judgment.
This could suit a technical or platform Product Manager who enjoys working directly with data and can bridge enterprise customer needs with engineering decisions.
