Our firm is currently looking for a dedicated PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT located in the DFW Metroplex of Texas. In this role you will be part of a team providing Project Management services within the K-12 Education sector or within the Municipal Government sector.
Qualifications:
•Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Superintendent or Site Supervisor with experience in the Institutional market
•Managed crews of ten (10) or more tradesmen
•Managed all subcontractors on a single project.
•Organize site project progress meetings, compile meeting minutes and perform preconstruction meetings.
•OSHA 30 hour, First Aid/CPR
•Ability to perform layout with use of construction survey equipment is a plus.
•Understanding of plans, specifications and construction documents
•Strong work ethic, decisive, ambitious, with an unwavering commitment to quality
•High level of motivation, integrity, and commitment to team and customer
•Results-orientated with proven ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to meet deadlines
•Ability to provide leadership field personal and subcontractors
•Ability to manage owner expectations
•Able to apply sound judgment and problem solving skills
•Build relationships with internal and external customers
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with management, employees, customers, and vendors
