What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Associate position at Reed Truck Services inc?
The principle function of an employee in this job is to provide customer assistance and technician support in identifying, ordering, requisitioning, picking and invoicing parts and accessories in the dealership parts department. The work is performed under the direction and supervision of the Parts and Service Managers. An employee in this job must establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Parts Manager, other Parts associates, Service Manager as well as other Service department team members, appropriate support and other operating division staff, customers, manufacturers, vendors and the public. The principle duties of this job are performed at a dealership parts counter and in a warehouse with some exposure to a truck dealership garage environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to external weather conditions, noise and vibration. We are looking for a true team player with experience in the transportation industry. Specific training for our product and DMS is provided. We have some flexibility with the schedule and overtime as well as some Saturday morning We have a recently upgraded professional parts department and we are looking for a long term team player to join the" Reed Team"

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
