What are the responsibilities and job description for the Heavy Wrecker Operator position at Reed Truck Services inc?
Heavy Duty Wrecker operator ,This is a fulltime position with overtime available as well as double time pay for after hours calls. There is also on call pay available in addition to the hourly pay. We will also consider part time applicants if applicants are interested in a part-time schedule. Applicants should be mechanically inclined and familiar with commercial vehicles. This position requires a CDL-A. We can assist the successful applicant with obtaining the additional endorsements needed such as Haz-mat, Doubles, Triples and tanker. Specialized towing and recovery training will be provided on an ongoing basis. Applicant should be comfortable and have experience driving manual transmission equipped commercial vehicles. We are looking for someone to live reasonable close to the Claremont, Newport NH area. This position requires some "on call " nights and weekends on a rotating basis. We are a well established company in our market with an excellent reputation. We will consider adding one or two part time positions as well so gives us a call and join the team!
