Reed City High School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Mathematics Teacher to join our Coyote family. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- Must be qualified and hold a valid Michigan Teacher Certificate with appropriate Math (EX)/(EQ) endorsement, an additional endorsement required, Science (DI)/(DX), preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver instruction using evidence-based instructional strategies and district curriculum
- Create and maintain a collaborative classroom environment
- Capacity to align curriculum, instruction, and assessments while responding to the individual needs of students
- Assess and evaluate student growth through varied formative and summative methods, utilizing data to guide instruction, differentiate support, and celebrate student success.
- Actively participate in RCAPS professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay current with best practices in instruction
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
- Other duties as assigned
