- Provide instruction on fundamental volleyball skills, including serving, passing, setting, and hitting.
- Monitor and assess the performance of athletes, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
- Promote a positive and inclusive team culture that encourages participation, respect, and sportsmanship.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration regarding team activities, schedules, and expectations.

Requirements
- Previous coaching experience or a strong background in volleyball, either as a player or coach.
- Knowledge of the rules and strategies of volleyball.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
- First Aid/CPR certification is preferred, or willingness to obtain prior to the season.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends for practices and games during the season.
- A commitment to the academic and personal development of student-athletes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in physical education, sports management, or a related field is a plus.
