That means large cuts of meat, like brisket, seasoned with just salt and black pepper, and then cooked low and slow over indirect heat using real wood fire bbq pits. Redwood strives to have the best quality products available and partners with purveyors of high quality meat providers such as Prairie Fresh. Redwood is also the only place in Hampton Roads where you can find Texas’ very own Big Red soda on tap. Redwood strives to give you a unique experience from the moment you enter the restaurant.
