Responsibilities:

• Supervising, managing and motivating Team Members on a daily basis to achieve the goals and maintain the standards set forth by the Redwood Mission Statement and Management
• Interacting with customers and addressing any questions or concerns within your scope of knowledge and ability
• Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
• Oversee daily operations and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Assist with providing proper training of new hires
• Key holder responsibilities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Passion for BBQ and exceptional customer service
• Ability to work weekends and 8-9 hour shifts

That means large cuts of meat, like brisket, seasoned with just salt and black pepper, and then cooked low and slow over indirect heat using real wood fire bbq pits.
