We’re looking for an experienced Front of House Manager who can:

- Run high-volume shifts without losing hospitality
- Drive sales, PPA & labor like a business owner
- Keep standards tight — food, service, cleanliness, culture

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Daily Operations
- Oversee all FOH shifts. Responsible for every aspect of everyday supervision
- Ensure smooth service during peak volume
- Maintain Redwood hospitality standards
- Resolve guest concerns professionally & fast
Leadership
- Train & develop FOH team members
- Hold team accountable to performance standards
- Create a positive but disciplined work environment
- Set the tone every single shift
- Take care of stock, staff, and sales management
Business Performance
- Labor control & scheduling
- Increasing average check & upselling culture
- Managing online reviews & guest experience
- Hitting revenue targets
- Inventory & food ordering
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years restaurant management experience
- High-volume fast casual or BBQ experience preferred
- Strong leadership presence

That means large cuts of meat, like brisket, seasoned with just salt and black pepper, and then cooked low and slow over indirect heat using real wood fire bbq pits. Redwood strives to have the best quality products available and partners with purveyors of high quality meat providers such as Prairie Fresh. Redwood is also the only place in Hampton Roads where you can find Texas’ very own Big Red soda on tap. Redwood strives to give you a unique experience from the moment you enter the restaurant. With interactive counter service, you are instantly involved in the selection and assembly of your BBQ meats and sides.
