End User Support Technician
5 Days a week onsite in Bridgewater, NJ
Contract role
RedStream Technology is searching for an experienced end user support technician to work with our client supporting our end client in Bridgewater, NJ. The role is a combination of desktop support and conference room AV support (for video meetings).
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Deliver white-glove, high-touch end-user support, with a focus on executive-facing and high-visibility environments where professionalism and discretion are critical
- Demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, communicating clearly, confidently, and professionally with non-technical stakeholders
- Manage and support Active Directory environments, including user administration, group policy management, and access controls
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, mobile device management (MDM), and policy enforcement
- Perform PC builds, imaging, and deployment across laptops and desktops, ensuring consistency and reliability
- Provide hands-on support for audio-visual (AV) and collaboration technologies, including conference room systems and real-time meeting support
- Strong Communication skills are a must!
Salary : $35 - $45
