The Opportunity:
Classification: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
We’re searching for a Director of Human Resources who is ready to build, lead, and elevate all things People at Redstone.
In this role, you’ll be the strategic head of HR — guiding our HR team, partnering closely with leaders across the business, and building the systems, programs, and processes that fuel performance, belonging, and development across our 650 team members nationwide.
You’ll champion a people-first culture, strengthen the employee experience, drive talent and performance strategies, and ensure we scale smartly and sustainably.

What You’ll Lead & Own:
As our Director of HR, you will:
- Lead and mentor an HR team dedicated to delivering best-in-class support
- Shape and champion a people-first culture aligned with our core values
- Partner with senior leaders to strengthen teamwork, accountability, and performance
- Build talent strategies that elevate hiring, onboarding, and leadership capability
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and engaging
- Guide employee relations with empathy, fairness, and operational excellence
- Develop HR policies, programs, and processes that scale with our growth
- Drive engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and culture-building activities
- Lead payroll oversight and ensure accuracy, compliance, and thoughtful administration
- Serve as a strategic thought partner in all things People & Culture
This is a hands-on leadership role with significant room to create, influence, and innovate.
Who You Are:
You’re not just an experienced HR leader — you’re a culture builder.

- 8 years of HR leadership experience
- Strong expertise across HR operations, employee relations, comp & benefits, and compliance
- A passion for developing people, coaching leaders, and building strong teams
- The ability to balance people-centered decision-making with business needs
- Clear, caring, authentic communication
- A curious, growth-minded approach to solving problems
- A deep belief that HR is about elevating people and performance
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in property management or real estate
- Experience with UKG or similar HRIS systems
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP/ SCP or PHR/ SPHR
