The Opportunity
A leading national real estate investment and development firm is seeking an Executive Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a flagship luxury hospitality and residential resort in Colorado. This landmark project will set a new standard for high-end alpine living and branded resort experiences.
This is a senior, high-visibility role requiring deep expertise in managing complex, high-value projects from pre-construction through completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as senior on-site lead, accountable for overall project delivery: budget, schedule, quality, and safety
- Manage consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and specialty vendors
- Interface directly with ownership, brand representatives, municipal officials, and community stakeholders
- Ensure delivery to luxury brand standards across all finishes, systems, and amenities
- Oversee project financials: cost control, change orders, forecasts, and reporting
- Lead a senior project team and site organization through construction and delivery
- Manage commissioning, turnover, and successful project closeout
Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in luxury hospitality, resort, or high-end residential construction/development
- Proven success leading Luxury hotel/hospitality developments through execution
- Strong technical knowledge of high-end finishes, alpine construction methods, and infrastructure systems
- Skilled in stakeholder management, including working with global hospitality brands and institutional ownership groups
- Financially astute, with experience in cost management, forecasting, and reporting
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
