What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grill Cook/Cashier position at Redlands Community Hospital?
Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Services Director, Cook I is expected to perform a variety of food service-related duties according to all the standards, policies, and procedures applicable to Redlands Community Hospital. This position is responsible for food preparation, set-up, and serving of food for patient services, cafeteria and catering, cafeteria food preparation and service, stocking areas, washing dishes, and cashier duties. All foods produced must be prepared according to a recipe or procedure, cash handling must comply with all required policies and controls.
- Ability to meet all job & physical requirements as outlined in job description or as agreed through a work place accommodation.
- High School Education or Equivalent, preferred.
- Food Service or Food Production and Cashier experience preferred.
- Basic Computer Skills/Data Entry, preferred.
- Food Handler’s Card issued by San Bernardino County required
