Reporting to the Food and Nutrition Services
Director, Cook I is expected to perform a variety of food service-related
duties according to all the standards, policies, and procedures applicable to
Redlands Community Hospital. This position is responsible for food preparation,
set-up, and serving of food for patient services, cafeteria and catering,
cafeteria food preparation and service, stocking areas, washing dishes, and
cashier duties. All foods produced must be prepared according to a recipe or
procedure, cash handling must comply with all required policies and controls.

EXPERIENCE: CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES: 1. Food Handler’s Card issued by San Bernardino County

For the Flexible Schedule position, anticipated 2 days per week (16 hours), mostly on Saturdays and Sundays, additional hours may be available per department needs.
Salary : $23 - $25
