About the Role\ Reditus Space is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineering Intern to support the ENOS mission, our flagship effort to develop and operate reusable reentry vehicles for microgravity research and in-space manufacturing. As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design, integration, and testing of electrical systems critical to spacecraft operations.
Responsibilities
- Support design, analysis, and prototyping of spacecraft systems
- Assist in development and testing of power subsystems, including solar arrays, batteries, and onboard power conversion/distribution
- Collaborate with software and GNC engineers to integrate flight hardware and ensure system-level compatibility
- Conduct schematic reviews and board bring-up under senior engineer guidance
- Participate in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and environmental testing campaigns
- Document design iterations, test results, and troubleshooting procedures
- Undergraduate or graduate student in Electrical Engineering or related degree (e.g. Computer Engineering)
- Strong foundations in circuit design, embedded systems, and rapid prototyping
- Experience with ECAD tools (e.g. Altium, KiCAD) and lab instrumentation (e.g. oscilloscopes, logic analyzers)
- Familiarity with spacecraft power systems, SMPS design, electrical harness design, or radiation-tolerant electronics is a plus
- Effective communicator and team collaborator in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment

Salary : $20 - $40
