RedCloud seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to support immediate client operations.
Location: Issaquah, WA (Hybrid)
Overview
This role will lead a large-scale cloud migration initiative in partnership with an offshore engineering team. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and program management abilities. The TPM will guide integration work across multiple teams, oversee vendor performance and budget, manage risks, lead strategic planning for the workstreams, and partner closely with Agile Scrum teams and product owners. This is a long-term transformation effort expected to span the next two years.
The ideal candidate is an expert in building trust, offering calm leadership, and operating seamlessly within a collaborative environment. This role requires on site presence three days per week in the Seattle area.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Serve as the primary program lead overseeing cloud migration and integration activities
- Manage offshore vendor teams including spend, budget, performance, and delivery quality
- Drive overall program strategy, planning, roadmap execution, and workstream alignment
- Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and cross functional issue resolution
- Provide clear communication, reporting, and status updates for stakeholders and senior leadership
- Collaborate with Agile Scrum teams and product owners to ensure successful implementation
- Support solution design efforts when needed
- Build trusted relationships across technical and business teams to maintain smooth program execution
- Strong background as a Technical Program or Project Manager with experience in complex multi year technical initiatives
- Experience within retail environments and exposure to point of sale systems, item data, and vendor management
- Successful track record managing offshore teams
- Must be located in the Seattle area and able to work on site three days per week
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead with calm and steady guidance
- Eight or more years of experience driving program success in fast paced technology rich environments
- Experience working within modernization or digital transformation programs
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, develop complex roadmaps, and communicate effectively with senior leaders
- Consulting background or experience within large enterprises is preferred
- Experience pivoting quickly and facilitating decision making in dynamic environments
