What You'll Do
- Lead and mentor a global team of Project Managers
- Own project strategy, budgets, resources, and delivery
- Align projects with business goals and client expectations
- Drive process improvements and operational excellence
- Communicate with stakeholders at every level-clients to executives
- Identify risks, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
- 8 years leading teams and managing complex technical projects
- Strong background in IT or integrated technology environments
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications (preferred)
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Work on innovative, one-of-a-kind projects in a unique industry
