RedCloud seeks a Power Platform Developer to support immediate client operations.

Overview

This role seeks a Power Platform Developer with strong Microsoft 365 expertise and a passion for building scalable and user friendly business solutions. The position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining applications that streamline processes and improve productivity across the organization. The ideal candidate combines hands on development skills with business analysis capabilities and can translate requirements into practical, impactful solutions.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps Canvas and Model Driven, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and intuitive solutions
• Optimize and automate business processes using the Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD, and third party systems as needed
• Maintain and administer Power Platform environments including security, permissions, and data integrity
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Power Platform solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training material
• Monitor application performance and usage and implement improvements for scalability and efficiency
• Support Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and iterative delivery
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Strong hands on experience with Power Apps Canvas and Model Driven and Power Automate
• Solid understanding of SharePoint Online, Teams, and Microsoft 365 integration
• Knowledge of Power Platform administration, dataflows, and environment management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, Azure AD, and integration connectors
• Ability to analyze workflows and optimize business processes using Microsoft 365 tools
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical audiences
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with security and compliance within Microsoft 365
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent experience
• At least three years of experience developing Power Platform solutions and supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  
  

Compensation range for position is $ 103,000 – 126,000 DOE.
