RedCloud is seeking an Executive & Organizational Communications Specialist to support immediate client operations.
Location: Remote, United States (PST Working Hours)
Overview
This role is a combination of writing, strategy, and project management and will support sales solution leaders and focus on communications and visibility throughout the client organization. The team's structure is non-hierarchical, with each member (FTEs and vendors) driving their own projects and contributing equally. Everyone is considered a team member and there is no strict hierarchy.
This person must be a self-starter who is proactive, asks questions, and leverages the team to ensure effective engagement and contribution.
This role will primarily engage with the General Manager, Business Manager, and the CVP, focusing on communications and aligning social media and presentation strategies for greater visibility.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Develop executive and organizational communications including scripts, talk tracks, and internal communications
- Leverage AI tools as an execution accelerant in communications
- Up-level org communications, build polished slides, and take ideas from concept to execution
- Own communication projects from end-to-end with inputs from the team
- Experience developing executive communications, scripts, and internal messaging across large organizations
- Strong background in project management and writing strategy
- Technologically curious & adaptable - enjoys exploring new technologies like AI and identifying how to implement them into existing workflows.
- Has strong roots in their discipline, but ability to adapt and evolve approaches based on new ideas and perspectives.
- Is proactive and comfortable in ambiguity - doesn't wait for answers to advance. Prototypes and brings ideas and gut-checks with FTE.
