Campaign Project Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Campaign Project Manager to lead creative production projects from concept through delivery. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage timelines, budgets, and workflows while ensuring seamless collaboration across creative and production teams.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Create and manage production timelines, budgets, and schedules across creative campaigns.
• Track and update deliverables and status across creative, media, and client teams.
• Document and maintain workflow trackers and weekly decks to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Translate creative ideas into actionable production workflows and schedules.
• Identify feasibility issues early and propose alternative solutions to meet timeline or resource constraints.
• Oversee full production lifecycle including shoots, post-production, editing, color, sound design, and final delivery.
• Manage asset development and handoff processes in partnership with vendors and internal teams.
• Scope production costs, solicit bids, and negotiate vendor agreements as needed.
• Track budget actuals, report on spend-to-date, and identify cost-saving opportunities throughout project execution.
• Represent the production perspective in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Manage the approvals process and coordinate feedback loops to ensure timely reviews and final sign-off.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues during shoots or in post-production workflows.
• Oversee clearances, asset usage rights, and content delivery protocols in accordance with legal and brand requirements.
  
  

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 5 years in project management within creative or production environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with production workflows including shoots, post-production, and asset management.
• Proficiency in project management software and workflow tracking tools.
  
  

Compensation range for position is $99,000 – 110,000 DOE.
