- 3 years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo
- 4 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and strong ability to manipulate data in Excel
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce
- [Campaign Ops] Work across the Marketing Operations team on all aspects of program/campaign operations from audience targeting, list uploads, email creation, program execution and program measurement.
- [Campaign Ops] Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from realizing their campaign execution
- [Strategic] Evaluate our lead management process to find growth levers, gaps, and propose process improvements
- Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operation, and Engineering teams to design and implement insights and systems to drive organizational growth
- [Campaign Ops] Document, maintain, and evangelize Marketing Operation frameworks and processes to drive consistency across multiple partners
- [Analyst] Help us review our marketing campaign performance and surface trends or insights that we can inform the larger Marketing organization
- [Analyst] Monitor and debug our marketing data logs, flows, and pipelines to understand where data and process can be improved
- 4 years of marketing operations experience with a Global B2B software company
- 3 years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo
- 4 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and strong ability to manipulate data in Excel
- 3 years of experience with Marketing B2B Reporting (e.g. in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, PowerBi etc)
- 3 years of experience with Salesforce
- Strong understanding and experience with HTML & CSS
- Ability to juggle multiple, demanding tasks simultaneously and with accuracy
- Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, deliverability/governance, data quality management and marketing attribution models
- Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications for execution
