Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, flooring retailers, commercial installation companies, and contractors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct regular visits to customer sites, providing product information and addressing any concerns
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients within the territory, and conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs
- Actively promote Lint Tile's product offerings through presentations, demonstrations, and in-person meetings
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and installation processes
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, analyzing sales performance data and identifying areas for improvement
- Utilize CRM tools to optimize sales activities and track customer interactions
- Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and customer needs
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote Lint Tile's products
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals and maximize profitability
- Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collections
- Successful sales experience or installation in the tile, flooring, or construction industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
