Responsibilities
- Operate and program CNC grinding machines to produce precision cutting tools and components
- Perform tool and cutter grinding operations using both manual and CNC techniques
- Utilize Walter Tool Studio software for tool design and programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize grinding processes
- Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with new grinding technologies and techniques
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
