Responsibilities
- Design and validate complex test systems, ensuring smooth interactions with other systems.
- Deploy automated and semi-automated test systems for RF based products to verify performance and functionality.
- Develop test strategies and methodologies for new products.
- Analyze existing test systems and software, recommending improvements for scalability and efficiency.
- Perform system and sub-system analysis, simulation, and design work as necessary.
- Collaborate on design decisions, including trade-offs between in-house design and purchasing.
- Participate in system assembly, test planning, and procedure generation for prototypes.
- Participate in all stages of design activities, from concept through production.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation, including test system documentation, maintenance manuals, and software procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams to share ideas and foster innovation.
Language Skills:
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to understand product specifications, engineering drawings, and technical documents.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with customers.
- May be required to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Must be able to occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Required to stand, walk and sit during job.
- Must be able to see color and adjust focus.
- Generally quiet, but can be moderate during testing operations.

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
